Job Description

Job Responsibilities
- Cut, trim, bone, tie, and grind meats for retail and commercial purposes
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tools, equipment, and work areas
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and rotation of meat products
- Operate specialized meat cutting equipment safely and efficiently
- Follow food safety regulations and internal quality standards
- Assist in packaging and labeling of meat products for distribution
Requirement
- High school graduate or equivalent
- With or without experience (training will be provided for qualified applicants)
- Experience in meat cutting, slaughtering, or food handling is an advantage
- Physically fit and able to stand for long periods
- Good attention to hygiene, safety, and detail
