Job Description

1st Dynamic Personnel Resources is seeking highly competent and experienced Construction Foremen to supervise and coordinate construction projects in Quezon City and surrounding areas. This role is crucial in ensuring efficient project execution, safety compliance, and team productivity on site.

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of construction workers and skilled laborers
• Interpret and implement construction plans and schedules
• Monitor work progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
• Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and subcontractors
• Manage site resources, tools, and materials
• Prepare daily reports and assist in resolving on-site issues promptly

Requirement

• High school graduate or equivalent; technical or engineering background is an advantage
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in construction with 1 year in a supervisory role
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Solid understanding of construction processes, tools, and safety regulations
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
