Job Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting and purchasing telecom products or services
• Provide accurate product information and resolve customer inquiries
• r inquiries Achieve individual and team sales targets
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the retail/work area
• Process payments and issue receipts accurately
• Support after-sales service and customer feedback initiatives

Requirement

• At least high school graduate; college level or degree is an advantage
• Sales or customer service experience preferred but not required
• Friendly, confident, and has good communication skills
• Willing to work in shifting schedules, weekends, or holidays as needed
• Tech-savvy and familiar with mobile phones or telecom products
