Job Description

8telcom is looking for energetic and persuasive Market Salespersons to promote and sell telecom products in various market locations. Ideal for individuals who enjoy engaging with people and are driven by sales goals and performance incentives.

Job Responsibilities

• Promote and sell mobile phones, SIM cards, load, and other telecom products
• Set up product displays and engage with walk-in or passersby customers
• Provide product demonstrations and answer questions
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned selling area
• Collect payments and issue receipts accurately

Requirement

• At least high school graduate
• With or without experience in sales (training will be provided)
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Outgoing, confident, and results-oriented
• Willing to work in outdoor market settings and on flexible schedules
