Job Description
8telcom is looking for proactive and results-driven Sales Supervisors to lead a team of sales staff and ensure the achievement of sales targets and customer satisfaction. This is a key leadership role that requires excellent people management and operational skills.
Job Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations of assigned sales teams or branches
- Monitor and ensure achievement of sales targets
- Train, motivate, and evaluate sales staff performance
- Assist in handling escalated customer issues
- Prepare sales reports and provide feedback to management
- Ensure compliance with company policies and store standards
Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- At least 2 years of experience in retail sales, with 1 year in a supervisory role
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Analytical and goal-oriented
- Willing to be assigned in Davao City and travel to store branches if needed
