Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver lectures, class activities, and assessments
• Create syllabi and lesson plans aligned with institutional and CHED guidelines
• Evaluate student performance and provide timely feedback
• Conduct research and participate in faculty development programs
• Participate in college events, meetings, and curriculum development
• Maintain academic records and ensure classroom discipline

Requirement

• Bachelor’s Degree in the relevant field (Master’s Degree is an advantage)
• LET passer or PRC license (if applicable to the subject area)
• Teaching experience in a college/university setting is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for education and commitment to student success
