Job Description

Adventurers Multipurpose Cooperative (AMCOOP) is hiring Painters for various infrastructure and building maintenance projects. Ideal candidates will be skilled in painting, finishing, and maintaining surfaces, ensuring high-quality work and safety compliance in all tasks.

Job Responsibilities

• Apply paint, varnish, and other finishes to walls, ceilings, and surfaces
• Prepare surfaces for painting by scraping, sanding, or priming
• Mix paint and other materials to desired color and texture
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in work areas
• Perform minor repairs and touch-ups as needed
• Work collaboratively with construction and maintenance teams

Requirement

• At least high school graduate or with vocational training in painting
• Previous experience in painting (2 years minimum)
• Knowledge of safety protocols and materials handling
• Ability to work with different types of paint and finishes
• Physical stamina and attention to detail
• Ability to work in various weather conditions (for outdoor projects)
