Job Description

Alimbar Jr. Steel Inc. is looking for experienced Sales Managers to lead and develop our sales team. The role requires strategic planning, team leadership, and performance management to drive sales growth and maintain customer relationships.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet company revenue targets
• Lead, manage, and mentor the sales team to achieve individual and team goals
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
• Monitor and evaluate sales performance, providing feedback and coaching
• Collaborate with other departments to align sales strategies with company objectives
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and analysis for senior management

Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• At least 3 years of experience in a sales management or leadership role
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a sales team
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of the steel industry and construction market is a plus
• Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions
