Job Description

Alorica Teleservices, Inc. is hiring Call Center Agents to provide exceptional customer service. Ideal candidates will assist customers with inquiries, technical support, and resolve issues through effective communication.

Job Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with inquiries and concerns
  • Provide accurate information and solutions to customer problems
  • Maintain customer records and document all interactions in the system
  • Meet performance targets, including call handling time and customer satisfaction
  • Follow company guidelines and procedures for each call
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally
Requirement
  • At least high school graduate; college-level or degree holders preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic knowledge of computer applications (MS Office, etc.)
  • Experience in a customer service or call center environment is a plus, but not required
  • Willing to work on shifting schedules, including night shifts
