Job Description
Alorica Teleservices, Inc. is looking for Technical Support Staff to join our team. This role involves providing technical assistance, troubleshooting issues, and resolving technical problems for customers. You’ll be the point of contact for customers needing help with tech-related issues and solutions.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
- Guide customers through technical processes and solutions
- Document issues and resolutions in the customer support system
- Ensure customer satisfaction through timely and accurate issue resolution
- Collaborate with other departments for escalated issues
Requirement
- At least high school graduate; college-level or degree holders preferred
- Strong technical knowledge of computer systems, software, and hardware
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms
- Basic understanding of networking, troubleshooting, and IT systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, including night shifts
