Job Description

Amesco Drug Corporation is looking for Data Encoders to accurately input and maintain data in our systems. The role requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently with large amounts of data.

Job Responsibilities

• Encode and update data into the company’s database systems
• Verify and review data for accuracy and completeness
• Assist in managing and organizing digital files and documents
• Perform regular data entry tasks while maintaining high efficiency
• Collaborate with other departments to gather required information
• Prepare reports and maintain accurate records

Requirement

• At least high school graduate; college-level or degree holders preferred
• Strong typing skills and attention to detail
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Prior experience in data entry or administrative work is a plus, but not required
