Job Description

Far East Noble House Inc. is looking for proactive and tech-savvy IT Staff to support daily technical operations, resolve hardware/software issues, and maintain systems across the mall.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for computer systems and POS terminals
• Maintain network connectivity and resolve IT-related issues promptly
• Assist with software installation, updates, and user access control
• Conduct preventive maintenance on IT equipment
• Maintain and organize IT documentation and asset inventory

Requirement

• Graduate of IT, Computer Science, or any related course
• Knowledge in hardware troubleshooting, networking, and basic programming
• Good communication and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and under pressure
• Willing to work on-site and on a shifting schedule
