Job Description

Golden Mindanao Global Holding Company is looking for creative and skilled Architects to join our team and design functional, aesthetically pleasing structures and spaces.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare architectural plans, designs, and blueprints
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and clients for project specifications
• Conduct site visits to assess the construction progress and make necessary adjustments
• Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations
• Manage project timelines and budgets
• Provide technical support for ongoing construction projects

Requirement

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture
• Licensed Architect (with PRC License)
• Proficiency in CAD and design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit)
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and project management skills
• Willing to work on-site and collaborate with a team
