Job Description
Golden Mindanao Global Holding Company is looking for a skilled Baker to prepare a variety of baked goods, ensuring quality, consistency, and delicious results for our customers.
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare dough, pastries, cakes, and other baked items
- Follow recipes and ensure consistent quality
- Maintain cleanliness of the bakery area and kitchen equipment
- Monitor inventory and ensure the proper storage of ingredients
- Assist in the development of new recipes and products
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
Requirement
- At least high school graduate, with formal culinary or baking training preferred
- Proven experience as a baker or in a similar role
- Knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow instructions
- Good time management and organizational skills
