Job Description
Golden Mindanao Global Holding Company is hiring enthusiastic Baristas to prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages, creating a great experience for our customers.
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee drinks (espresso, cappuccinos, lattes, etc.)
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations
- Ensure proper inventory management and stock levels for ingredients
- Clean and maintain coffee machines and equipment
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
Requirement
- At least high school graduate, with formal barista training a plus
- Experience working in a coffee shop or similar environment
- Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques
- Friendly, outgoing, and customer-oriented
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
