Job Description
Golden Mindanao Global Holding Company is seeking an experienced Chef to oversee the kitchen, create innovative menus, and ensure that every dish meets the highest standards of taste and presentation.
Job Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and oversee the preparation of high-quality meals and dishes
- Create and update menus with creative, appealing, and seasonal items
- Supervise kitchen staff, ensuring proper cooking methods and hygiene standards are followed
- Ensure inventory and ingredients are properly stocked and maintained
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area
- Collaborate with other departments for special events or promotions
- Handle food safety and ensure compliance with health regulations
Requirement
- Proven experience as a Chef, Head Chef, or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and kitchen equipment
- Leadership skills and ability to manage a team
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Culinary degree or equivalent preferred
