Job Description
Golden Mindanao Global Holding Company is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to manage and oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Job Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate restaurant staff, ensuring efficient operations
- Oversee the dining area, greet customers, and ensure a positive dining experience
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and provide timely resolutions
- Manage restaurant inventory, ordering supplies, and monitoring stock levels
- Train, mentor, and evaluate restaurant staff for optimal performance
- Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and quality control standards
- Maintain staff schedules and manage shifts effectively
- Prepare reports on sales, expenses, and customer feedback
Requirement
- Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Supervisor or similar role in the food and beverage industry
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to handle stressful situations and work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, inventory management, and food safety standards
- Flexible schedule availability
